How long does delivery take?
We ship most days - typically around 10-11am. Royal Mail typically takes 2 days to deliver. Once you place an order we receive everything we need at our end to dispatch your order to your door. When we dispatch your order, you’ll get a dispatch confirmation via email.
Something is missing or damaged in my delivery.

How do I receive my Free Gift when I spend over £49?
Absolutely nothing - we auto add this to your order. Your finaly Net total (i.e. the money you paid) simply needs to be over £49. If you spent over £49 and didn’t get your free items - email us - we’re human and forgot to pack them for you, and we’ll get them out to you asap.
How will my order be packaged?
We pack all our orders in our standard small cardboard box, and use recycled paper fill, if ever there is bubble wrap etc this has come into us and is simply being reused rather than us disposing of it. We have a couple of box sizes that fit all our orders in - our standard box is 10x15x20cm.
I’m worried my order is lost via Royal Mail.

Ooooops I entered the wrong address.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £5.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
I’m outside of the UK – can you ship to me?
We currently only ship within the UK - sorry - maybe you have a friend in the UK that can send items to you. :)
